It was awesome experience from Pahalgam to Aru to lidderwait to Aru to Pahalgam with 3 year old and husband and myself. Seamless execution. Professional attitude. Only communicate when required, no intervention. Provided space but took care of utmost care and did everything to make sure we are comfortable. Gave campfire as it was too cold and we were not carrying enough warm clothes. Other camps were not doing bonfire. Just did for our comfortable stay. Arranged a horse as soon as we could not walk anymore. Quite resourceful and good understanding of what his customers need.

The service provided by the pahalagamhikers is extraordinary and the trek guide uzer ji is excellent whenever we requested for help ,he always helped us, on the last day they arranged us the fire camp in lidderwat that was extraordinary and the food provided by mansur ji and the helper is good.

We went on a trek with Mr. raftar. They gave hiking poles, chocolates and some snacks as well as we had booked a package with veg lunch. As we had parents with us had asked for a very simple trek just for the experience of it. He took us through an amazing picturesque path to chan haji. He is an amazing photographer too and we had the best of experience here in kashmir with this day hike.

Me and my wife, who has celiac, went for a 3 day hike with the team and it was a fantastic experience. The team picked us up from Pahalgam All of our basic needs cared for AND we also had plenty of gluten free options for food for my wife which was a godsend on the Kashmiri slopes. Can't thank the Pahalgam hikes team enough for that because that has always been an issue for us when travelling. If you have a gluten allergy - just ask them to give you some options and they have plenty. Finally, our guide was quite experienced and reworked our trek based on our fitness levels. He was constantly by our side guiding us through the tough sections and was willing to change our camp location to suit our needs. All in all, a 5 star experience with the Pahalgam Hikes team. Go with them without a second thought.

✨BEST TREKKING EXPÉRIENCE- HIGHLY RECOMMENDED ✨ 6 days, 5 nights with Sharuk & his team in marvelous Kashmiri mountains !! For the two of us coming from Switzerland: 1 guide, 2 horsemen & cook, 2 horses. We have been so lucky to have Pahalgam Hikes as trekking company! First of all and very important, equipement, food, organization were perfect: sleeping bags, sticks, tent are in very good condition and well maintained, fresh food everyday (vegetables, dhal, rice, fresh veggies, eggs, etc) cooked by Nasir. Sharuk has proposed to us the best trekking options according to the weather and our physical conditions. He knows very well the beautiful mountains where he grew up and gipsies people that lived there for summer. Then, we have been happy to spend time and have nice talks with the team, Sharuk doing the transition for Nasir and Amin. Sharing experiences and points of vue, meeting new people and culture is also part of the journey. We would like to thank again Sharuk, Amin, Nasir and the 2 horses for this beautiful time we had together. Hope you can experience time with them when you visit Kashmir!
